Sailor Galxia was the last Sailor Scout to fight Chaos. She absorbed Chaos in her body but soon it consumed her. Chibi Chibi is not really a human. She is Sailor Galaxia's star seed. When Sailor Galaxia was consumed by Chaos she sent her star seed away to find help and to be prevented from being totally controlled by Chaos. Chibi Chibi finds Serena and the Star Lights/Three Stars. When Chaos stars stealing everyone else's star seeds she finally reaches the Earth's solar system. To fight Galaxia Chibi Chibi becomes a sword, which is said to contain the strongest power in the universe.
