Helios comes from the dream world. He seeks out those with true hearts and gives them pleasant dreams. He is being hunted to get the precious horn on his head. The darkness covering Earth affects it's protector, Darien. Helios warns Darien and helps him. He gives his power to Mini Moon and Sailor Moon when called upon. He hides in young girls dreams, ending up in Renie's. Renie has to choose whether she likes Helios free or all to herself. Helios has two forms. He is Known as Pegasus and Helios. One is a horse like form the other a human like form. He and Renie become more than just good friends until he has to leave to go back home.
