Setsuna aka Sailor Pluto is in charge of the gates of time. She has been a close friend to Renie and Diana. She is an outer scout and usually joins in with Neptune and Uranus. She does help the inner scouts and knows a lot. Her attack is Dead Scream. However she can stop time but is killed when or if she does so.
