Serena had forgotten her role of guardian of the moon till her guardian cat Luna revived her memories. Once the silver crystal was found Serena gained more power. Gradually with each transformation she learns new attacks and gains more power. As the leader of the Sailor Scouts her mission is to protect the moon, Earth, and universe from evil.
